Exterior Design Below
is
the
preliminary
exterior
design
for
Plaza
de
Las
Americas.
The
basic
feel
that
we
want
to
duplicate
is
that
of
a
warm
south
of
the
border
community
plaza
in
the
center
of
town.
We
will
be
traveling
to
Mexico
to
secure
the
necessary
tile
and
building
materials
to
effectuate
this

Floor
Plan
Layout:
Below
is
an
illustration
of
the
floor
plan
layout
for
the
smaller
tenant
space
between
the
supermarket
and
El
Palacio,
the
cultural
/
activity
/
social
center.
This
design
shows
a
60'
depth;
however,
we
have
been
able
to
acquire
another
25'
of
right-of-way
from
Union
Pacific
so
our
typical
depth
may
be
